Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do I have to read the Tiny Habits book? I don't like reading books.

It is not necessary to read the whole book to get the results from this program. If you read the book, it is extra credit! :-)

If I can't attend a webinar, will I receive a recording of the webinar?

You will receive a video recording of the first webinar and audio recordings of the subsequent webinars.

But it is recommended that you attend the events live to get the maximum benefit from the program.

How much time commitment do I need for the program?

1.Filling out the intake form: 15-20 minutes.

2. One-on-one Zoom call with Dr. Kar: 30 minutes.

3. Weekly webinars: Webinar 1, one hour.

4. Webinars 2, 3 and 4: 30-45 minutes each.

5. Review of the course PCOS Clarity: Upto you. To be done on your discretionary time.

6. Responding to emails for the 5-Day Program (during week 1): Less than 10 minutes a day.

Will Dr. Kar prescribe medications on the webinar?

No.

If you need a medical consultation and prescription, you can book a separate paid one-on-one appointment. (Dr. Kar's medical license is valid in India).

What will I need to attend the webinars?

A device to attend Zoom webinars- laptops, smartphones, tablets, iPads.
Pen and paper.

How many emails will I receive in a day?

One email after you register. Follow-up reminders if you don't complete the intake form and set up the Zoom call.

One email a day for the 5-Day Tiny Habits Program (during week 1)

The number of troubleshooting follow-up emails will depend on your responses to the 5-day program emails.

Reminders for weekly webinars.

Are supplements and lab tests included in the program?

No.
However, the course PCOS Clarity includes supplement and lab test recommendations.

Who is this program NOT meant for?

This program is not for you if you are looking for a quick fix or a magic 'diet and supplement plan for PCOS."

Do I have to respond to all the emails?

The 5-Day Tiny Habits Program during week 1 will provide the best benefits if you respond to the emails. 

You do not have to respond to announcements and reminder emails.

Do I have to do any "homework"?

I do not ask you to do specific "homework," but you will get the best results from the program if you complete all the lessons in the PCOS Clarity Course and read the book as well. 

Each person is different. Some of you need the information behind the recommendations, while others think "just tell me what to do and I will do it."

Do you guarantee that I will get results?

No, we do not guarantee results because the outcome depends on you. However, most people who go through the Tiny Habits Program are able to change their behaviours for the better.

If I am unable to join the program after paying, can I get a refund?

No. But you can join another group later.
